1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the Citrufy platform (“we”, “our”, “us”). By creating an account or using Citrufy, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old.
By registering, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete.
Accounts may be suspended if false or misleading data is used.
3. Roles
Creators may upload portfolios, media, and descriptions.
Customers may browse, favorite, and communicate with creators.
Admins moderate and manage the platform.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of your uploaded content.
By uploading, you grant Citrufy a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and process your content for platform functionality.
You must not upload illegal, offensive, or copyrighted material without proper rights.
5. Messaging & Communication
Messaging is for legitimate collaboration and inquiries only.
Spam, harassment, and abusive behavior are strictly prohibited.
6. Payments & Transactions
Payments are processed via Stripe Connect.
Citrufy does not hold customer funds beyond escrow flow.
Users are responsible for complying with local tax obligations.
7. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
Misuse the platform for fraud, scams, or illegal purposes.
Attempt to hack, overload, or disrupt services.
Circumvent security, rate limits, or account verification.
8. Account Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms, laws, or community standards.
Users may request account deletion at any time.
9. Liability
Citrufy provides the platform “as is” without guarantees.
We are not liable for losses caused by user actions, third-party failures, or downtime.
Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid to us in the last 12 months.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Citrufy means you accept the latest Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by EU and Lithuanian law. Disputes will be resolved in Lithuanian courts unless otherwise required by applicable law.
